wrapped round.
It’s not about
how much you can squeeze out
but how generous you can be
with what you have
listen to the morning muse
record
then return to the web of sleep
wondering from where it came
fleetingly
kissed fevered brow
there there
following breadcrumb trails
homeward
keeping a weather eye
for crows
learning to forget
giving things time
learning that mistakes
are teachers
thankfully.
